"A little too sweet for me"
It tastes good, but it ended up being sweeter than I thought it would be. I still grab it now and then, just not as often

"Didn't tasted fresh at all"
I opened the bottle and it just taste flat, like it was sitting around way too long. Not fresh at all, kinda disappointing

"Nice little morning boost, though not perfect"
I’ve been having this a few mornings during the week, and it’s been good. My stomach seems a bit calmer when I drink it, and I get a small energy bump without feeling jittery or weird. The taste is actually nice, which surprised me. That said, the price is kind of annoying and feels a little high for what it is. Still, I like it enough to keep using it for now

"Arrived sooner than I expected"
I wasn’t expecting it to show up that fast, so I was pleasantly surprised. Shipping was quicker than I had planned for, and everything arrived in good shape with no issues.

"I was going to place the order..."
I was going to place the order, but the shipping cost ended up being ridiculous. The item itself seemed fine, but once I saw the total with shipping, I just... it felt like too much.

"Heads up: tastes good, but the bottle feels small"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about buying this: the taste is actually good and it does feel fresh, but the serving size is smaller than I expected for the price. I finished it really quickly and wished there was a bit more in the bottle. It’s not bad at all, just don’t expect it to be super filling.

"A few flavors are great, others are just okay"
I’ve tried a handful of Health-Ade flavors and, yeah, some of them are really good, especially the fruitier ones. But then a few are just... a little too vinegary for my taste. Not terrible or anything, just kind of depends on which bottle you grab. I’d still buy it here and there, but I do wish the flavors were a bit more consistent.

I was expecting the delivery to be on time, but, well, it ended up arriving late. Still, everything got here okay, so it wasn’t a huge problem, just a little inconvenient

"Good kombucha, but don’t expect much on sustainability"
I do like the kombucha itself, but just a heads up if sustainability matters to you: the info they provide feels lacking. There’s a lot of bottles and packaging involved, and I couldn’t really find clear details about refill options or any meaningful progress they’re making. I expected better, so I’d look into it first before assuming they’re eco-friendly.

I’m genuinely convinced Health-Ade is one of the better kombucha options you can grab. You can actually taste that it’s made with real, organic ingredients, and it has this fresh flavor that some other brands just don’t come close to. Not every flavor is a total winner, and yeah, it’s definitely on the pricey side, but overall I’m very happy with it. It’s my go-to when I want something that feels refreshing without being loaded with sugar

"Tasty and reasonable on calories"
I’ve been happy with health-ade overall. What I like most is that the calories aren’t excessive for a whole bottle, some flavors are around 60 to 80 calories, which feels totally reasonable for a fizzy drink. I still make a point to check the label since it varies depending on the flavor. I’m giving it one star off because a few of them are a little sweeter than I personally prefer, but in general, it works well for me.

I used a discount code on my order and ended up getting it a bit cheaper, so that was nice. Shipping was fine too, nothing to complain about really. Happy with it overall, especially when a good deal pops up...

I really wanted to like Health-Ade, but yeah, it just didn’t really agree with me. After having a couple bottles, my stomach felt bloated and, like, kinda gassy. The taste was fine, I guess, but not anything amazing. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me, digestion-wise, it just made me feel kind of off.

My order arrived with the bottles leaking all over the inside of the box. Everything was sticky, and a good amount of the product was already wasted before I even got it opened. I know shipping issues happen, but this really seemed like it was packed poorly. Cleaning it up and dealing with the mess was way more effort than it should’ve been. not worth the hassle for me, and I won’t be ordering again

"Good quality, but a little expensive"
I like Health-Ade because it genuinely tastes like real brewed kombucha, not that overly sweet or fake syrupy stuff. The ingredients seem solid, and you can kind of tell it’s a better-quality drink. Some flavors are definitely worth buying again, while others are just okay. My only real complaint is the price, it feels a bit high for what it is, but I do think the quality makes it more justifiable than cheaper options.

"Took forever to hear back"
I emailed them twice about my order and just didn’t hear anything for days. By the time they finally got back to me, it was already kind of too late to be helpful. That whole back-and-forth was just really frustrating.

"I do like the drinks overall..."
I do like the drinks overall, and they remind me a bit of the ones I used to grab with my sister after work, so I was excited to keep ordering them. But after a few times, the flavor options started to feel limited. It gets boring when it’s mostly the same choices every time. I’d definitely enjoy them more if they added some new or more unique flavors.

I liked the drinks, so at first I figured the subscription would be easy enough to manage. My usual shortcut is, if I can’t find the cancel or change option quickly, it’s probably going to be annoying, and that was exactly the case here.
I tried to adjust or cancel my subscription, but the process wasn’t clear and I ended up getting another order I didn’t really want. Customer service took a while to respond too, so even though the product was good, I don’t see myself signing up again.

"Refund Took Forever, but the Replacement Did Show Up"
The refund process was definitely slower than it should’ve been, no question about it. I was basically convinced it was going to take ages—it kind of did. But the replacement did arrive in the end, so they handled it eventually.
